At VeriSan™, we reduce our environmental footprint by offering a unique mixing system, which includes one reusable mix container and two parts for mixing: Part A and Part B. Our kits can produce between 1 and 500 gallons of safe, ultra-effective sanitizer and disinfectant solution. We use glass bottles for our mixing agents and personal spray bottles, eliminating over 95% of the petroleum plastics typically used in conventional sanitizers.

General Mixing Instructions

Important: Read all instructions, safety information, and warnings before mixing or using this product. DO NOT MIX IN A METAL CONTAINER! Store in a cool, dark place and keep from freezing.

Safety Precautions:

  • Use gloves and eye protection when handling.
  • Proper respiratory and ventilation protection must be worn when fogging.
  • Apply in a well-ventilated area.
  • Avoid breathing fumes produced during mixing.

Storage:

  • Mixed solution retains full potency for 1 week to 30 days, depending on storage conditions and contamination.
  • Store in a closed container, in a cool place, and away from direct sunlight.
  • Consider the solution ineffective after 45 days; remix as needed.

Mixing Ratios

  • 32 oz bottles: Divide the gallon mixing ratio instructions by 4.

Applications and Specific Mixing Instructions

1. Emergency Potable Water

  • Concentration: 1.02 PPM
  • Mixing Ratio: 1 drop of Part A + 1 drop of Part B per 1 gallon of water.
  • Activation Time: 1 minute.
  • Instructions: Mix and let the solution sit for 41 minutes before drinking.

2. Dip or Soak for Eggs, Groceries, and Produce

  • Concentration: 4-5 PPM
  • Mixing Ratio: 5 drops of Part A + 5 drops of Part B per 1 gallon of water.
  • Activation Time: 1 minute.
  • Instructions: Use as a solution or spray.

3. Spray Sanitize Vegetables and Food Items

  • Concentration: 8-10 PPM
  • Mixing Ratio: 10 drops of Part A + 10 drops of Part B per 1 gallon of water.
  • Activation Time: 1 minute.
  • Instructions: Use as a solution or spray.

4. Household Disinfectant

  • Concentration: 20-25 PPM
  • Mixing Ratio: 25 drops of Part A + 25 drops of Part B per 1 gallon of water.
  • Activation Time: 1 minute.
  • Instructions: Use as a solution or spray.

5. Sterilizing Disinfectant Fogging and Sanitizing – Residential

  • Concentration: 50-60 PPM
  • Mixing Ratio: 50 drops of Part A + 50 drops of Part B per 1 gallon of water.
  • Activation Time: 1 minute.
  • Instructions: Use as a solution or spray, following proper respiratory and eye protection protocols.

6. Sterilizing Disinfectant Fogging and Sanitizing – Commercial and Industrial

  • Concentration: 100 PPM
  • Mixing Ratio: 1 tsp (5 ml) of Part A + 1 tsp (5 ml) of Part B per 1 gallon of water.
  • Activation Time: 1 minute.
  • Instructions: Use as a solution or spray, following proper respiratory and eye protection protocols.

7. Tough Jobs

  • Concentration: 200 PPM
  • Mixing Ratio: 2 tsp (10 ml) of Part A + 2 tsp (10 ml) of Part B per 1 gallon of water.
  • Activation Time: 1 minute.
  • Instructions: Use as a solution or spray, following proper respiratory and eye protection protocols.

8. Forensic and Biohazard Spray Cleaning and Fogging

  • Concentration: 500 PPM
  • Mixing Ratio: 5 tsp (25 ml) of Part A + 5 tsp (25 ml) of Part B per 1 gallon of water.
  • Activation Time: 1 minute.
  • Instructions: Use as a solution or spray, following proper respiratory and eye protection protocols.

Precautionary Statement

  • Hazards to Humans & Domestic Animals: Harmful if swallowed or inhaled. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the restroom. Handlers must wear gloves.
  • Environmental Hazards: Toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Do not discharge effluent containing this product into public waters without proper permits.
  • First Aid:
    • If Inhaled: Move to fresh air. If not breathing, call 911 and give artificial respiration. Call poison control or a doctor.
    • If on Skin or Clothing: Remove contaminated clothing and rinse skin with water for 15-20 minutes. Call poison control or a doctor.
    • If in Eyes: Rinse eyes with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses after the first 5 minutes. Call poison control or a doctor.
    • If Swallowed: Call poison control or a doctor immediately. Have the person sip water if able. Do not induce vomiting unless instructed by a professional.

Storage and Disposal

  • Product Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from incompatible substances.
  • Container Disposal: Do not reuse containers. Triple rinse and offer for recycling or reconditioning.
  • Pesticide Disposal: Dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations.
